How it works
After your purchase, we'll get in touch via email to find out more about you, your training history and available time, as well as your race date(s) and goals. Your plan is built from the ground up around your particular performance goals, so you can expect to receive your plan on Training Peaks within a week of sending us this information! Don't worry, you can specify your preferred start date, so if your marathon is more than 24 weeks away you can still buy today and we'll plan your program to begin on the appropriate future date. This plan is designed to be followed independently, without further adjustments and includes an information sheet explaining how you can adapt your plan if you miss one or more days of training.
