Our one-to-one running technique sessions are designed for all runners, from beginner to elite-level athletes, who would like to learn the skill of running more naturally and efficiently. One of our certified biomechanics coaches will lead you through a screening to assess your current running technique and identify biomechanical ‘weak links’ that may be causing pain or susceptibility to injury.
We then provide a bespoke training program of technique and conditioning drills. In particular, this session involves video analysis of your running, testing of your mobility and stability, and assessment of your footwear and foot function.
RUN FASTER FARTHER STRONGER
During your first session, we'll systematically identify mobility and strength issues which may be causing pain/injury. We then perform video analysis of your running technique and foot function, followed by one-to-one coaching to improve your running skill. Afterwards, we'll send you a customised training program to improve technique plus running-specific strength and conditioning.
Your first appointment will take about 90 minutes (£50), and include video analysis of your running technique, screening for biomechanical issues and injury susceptibility, and a bespoke training plan to improve your efficiency, strength and ability to run pain-free. Follow-up appointments (one hour/£35) will help continue your progress, and as your technique improves we'll shift the focus to developing power, reducing ground reaction time, and improving performance.
