About Us

We're a running coaching team based in the heart of the Lake District.  We offer expert scientific support to runners, in the form of training programs, running technique coaching and sports massage.

Our years of experience competing internationally in cross-country, road, mountain and ultra-trail running makes us one of the most experienced and versatile coaching teams in the UK & Ireland.

We're motivated by helping our athletes realise their full potential, and have worked with runners of all backgrounds - beginners and international competitors alike.

Paul and Sarah are both excellent coaches with numerous years of experience, as well as being seriously good runners in their own right.  Their classes and workshops are ideal for coaches, seasoned runners and those who want to get started in running.
